Plano, Texas · For EMDR practices
Most EMDR practices have a directory listing, a website somebody built once, and maybe an assistant posting a few times a week. That is the whole department. We take over everything past that point, starting with the website, for one monthly price you can see before you call us. On the Growth plan, the new website is included.

If you heard about us on the show
“You’ve been behind every website I’ve ever had, for anything.”
Carolyn is an EMDR therapist with a practice, a podcast and a full calendar. We have run her websites, social media and email since 2021. This page is that arrangement, priced for a practice.
What this replaces
An assistant can post for you. They cannot keep your website running, rebuild a page that stopped converting, design the thing you need for a workshop, or get your practice into the answers people get when they ask an AI assistant for a therapist.
That middle ground is where practices stall. The site sits untouched for two years, the posting carries on, and nobody is responsible for whether any of it brings someone through the door. One number, one person accountable, and a report at the end of each month that answers the only question that matters.
Typical figures for a solo practice. Yours will differ. The point is the number is already being spent.
The plans
Every plan starts with the website, because that is where a referral goes to decide. Month to month, thirty days notice. The lower figure is the twelve-month rate, and on Growth and Group practice it includes a new website, built in your first month.

Larger practices
Six clinicians or more
Past five clinicians the work changes shape: more pages, more people to feature, a real email program, and someone who sits in on the owners’ meeting. That is our Marketing System, from $3,000 a month on a six-month term. It is scoped to the practice rather than picked off a menu, so this one starts with a call.
Talk about a larger practiceOne-time setup is $750. That is a sixty-minute intake call and your brand kit: templates, typography, color, a consistent treatment for the photographs you already have, and an email template in Brevo, set up on your own account with your list imported. We write the copy from the call. You do not fill out a workbook. Bring your logo, a headshot and a few pictures of the office, and that is enough to start; the posts and reels are built from those, so you are never asked to film yourself. Add a third platform or Google Business Profile to a lower plan for $150 a month.
The arithmetic
Most businesses cannot do this calculation. You can, in about four seconds, because you know your fee and you know roughly how long people stay. Two versions, depending on how you practise.
Substitute your own numbers. The shape of the answer does not change much, and everything past that line is yours.
Why this is different
On Growth the site is part of the plan, not a separate project with a separate invoice. After launch it stays managed: updates, backups, security, and the page rebuilds your practice actually needs as it changes. Most studios in this niche build a site and leave.
Intake forms and anything carrying client information route to your practice management system or a provider built for it. We will not put protected information through a general contact form, and we will tell you when a tool a marketer suggests is not appropriate for a practice.
Most new clients still arrive because another professional said your name. One short email a month to the therapists, physicians and school counselors who refer to you keeps that happening. We write it and send it.
People ask an assistant for an EMDR therapist near them and get an answer with a handful of names in it. Those answers are assembled from pages structured a particular way. We build those pages. The directories most practices rely on are often years out of date.
New fee, new office, a group you want to announce, a page that reads wrong. You email us, it is done, and we tell you when it is live. There is no login you have to remember and no plugin you have to update.
Every month you get real search and traffic numbers pulled straight from the source, and a plain note on what changed. Not a screenshot of likes.
How the category prices
| What you can buy | Price | Website | Search and content | Reporting |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A virtual assistant posting for you | $400 to $800 a month | Does not touch it | None | None |
| Template website subscription, entry | About $79 a month | Template, you maintain the content | None | None |
| Template website subscription, top published tier | About $319 a month | Template | One optimised page a month | Limited |
| Custom design studios in this niche | Book a call to find out | One-time build, then handed over | Sold separately | Varies |
| Gairy, Growth plan | $1,500 a month, published | Built in month one and kept managed | Pages built for AI answers and search, a monthly email to referral sources, ten posts and one built piece | Full monthly snapshot from live data |
Competitor figures are from publicly listed pricing as of September 2026 and change without notice. We are the expensive option in this table and we are telling you the number anyway.
The obvious question
Partly, yes. The tools are good and getting better, and we use them all day. They are the reason a new website can be part of a monthly plan instead of a five-figure project.
They are subscriptions. They are not replacements for people. Twenty dollars a month will not replace someone whose job is your marketing. What it does is let one person deliver work that used to take a team, at a price that used to buy you a junior coordinator.
The real question is the one you already ask your own clients. Do you want to do this, or do you want to run your practice? Every hour on marketing is an hour you are not in session, and your hourly rate is higher than ours.
Proof
Integritas Wellness. Dr. Solo’s practice booked $24K in its slow season after we rebuilt the front door and turned 150 podcast episodes into weekly content. Her rate per intensive went from $6K to $8K. New inquiries come in through AI search, with no ads. The site is integritaswellness.com.
2026
A B2B consultancy. Two days after we published, their article was on page one of Google for their main search term, next to two industry directories. No ad spend.
May 2026
The same consultancy. Ask ChatGPT for the top firms in their field in North America and they are in the top five. ChatGPT describes them in their own words, without being told to.
August 2026
Inspire PT and Wellness. A new website for a physical therapy practice, designed and built by us and live at inspireptandwellness.com. The same kind of build that comes with Growth.

How we work
Getting started
The Social and Social + Design plans do not need a call. Email and we book the intake call the same day. For Growth, a short conversation first is worth it, because the website gets shaped around where your practice actually is.
